Resale should help real fans recover a ticket they cannot use, not create a second payday for pariah resellers.

Resale cap
Resale is expected to be capped at the original all-in ticket price unless an organiser sets a stricter rule.
Information shown
Resale listings must show face value, current resale price, seat or standing information where relevant, restrictions and any seller relationship that must be disclosed by law.
Authentication
Only authenticated tickets within the Little Miss Ticket system should be eligible for controlled resale.
Limits
Purchase limits, identity checks, transfer delays and fan-organisation windows may be used to reduce bot-buying and speculative resale.
Cancellation
Miss Ticket may cancel suspicious resale activity, reverse transfers or return tickets to sale where the rules have been abused.
