Miss Ticket legal
Organiser Terms
Organisers, artists and venues keep control, but they also keep responsibility for the event they put on sale.
Last updated: 6 June 2026
Authority
Organisers must have authority to sell tickets for the event, use the venue, set ticket prices, define restrictions and approve resale rules.
Event information
Organisers must provide accurate event name, date, venue, age limits, access information, restrictions, refund policy, capacity, seating or standing details and contact routes.
Pricing
Organisers set the all-in fan price. Miss Ticket's launch model is an 8% organiser-side platform rate, including standard UK card processing, with no buyer booking fee.
Compliance
Organisers are responsible for licences, safety, insurance, safeguarding, accessibility planning, tax, VAT, music rights and any other duties that apply to the event.
Payouts and refunds
Payout schedules, refund reserves, chargebacks and cancellation handling must be agreed before sales open.
Fan support
Organisers should work with Miss Ticket and recognised fan organisations where pre-authentication, group purchase or non-standard access support is needed.
