Refund and Cancellation Policy
Refund rules should be legible before checkout. Nobody should need a torch and a grudge to find them.

Cancelled events
If an event is cancelled and not rescheduled, fans should receive the ticket price paid through the original payment route unless the law permits a different outcome.
Postponed or rescheduled events
If an event is rescheduled, fans should be told the new date and refund or transfer options where required by law or organiser policy.
Fan can no longer attend
Where refunds are not available, controlled resale or organiser-approved transfer may be offered instead.
Physical tickets
Printed/postal charges may not be refundable once printing or postage has occurred unless the law requires it or the organiser chooses otherwise.
Chargebacks
Fans should contact support first so genuine issues can be fixed faster than a card dispute allows.
