Miss Ticket legal
Privacy Policy
This policy explains how Miss Ticket expects to handle personal data for pre-launch enquiries and future ticketing services.
Last updated: 6 June 2026
Who controls the data
Nookwise controls personal data collected through Miss Ticket and Little Miss Ticket trading styles. Contact privacy@littlemissticket.shop for privacy requests.
What we collect
During pre-launch we may receive names, email addresses, organisation names, event details and message content if you contact us. When ticketing opens, ticket purchases may require buyer, attendee, payment, access, identity-verification and delivery information.
Why we use it
We use personal data to respond to enquiries, prepare organiser onboarding, support fans, manage ticket purchases, prevent fraud, run controlled resale, process refunds and comply with legal obligations.
Lawful bases
The expected lawful bases are contract, legitimate interests, consent where requested, and legal obligation. Identity or access-support data will be handled only where necessary and proportionate.
Sharing
We may share data with payment processors, event organisers, venues, fulfilment providers, access-control providers, identity-verification providers and recognised fan organisations where needed to provide the service.
Retention
Pre-launch enquiry data is reviewed at least every 12 months. Ticketing records are kept only as long as needed for service, accounting, legal, fraud-prevention and dispute purposes.
Your rights
You may ask to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to use of your personal data. You can also complain to the ICO if you are unhappy with how your data is handled.
